Llandudno - Back on the Road - Spring Special

07/05/2021 22:38:40

Take in the scenery of stunning Snowdonia National Park on our short break to the traditional seaside town of Llandudno. A beach of sand, shingle and rock curves two miles between the headlands of the Great Orme and the Little Orme.  ‘Land of contrasts’ is one of those overused clichés scattered around travel guides with gay abandon. But here, it happens to be true. One minute you’re up, up and away in the mountains. Next stop, you’re on the beach. It’s no exaggeration to say that you can feel on top of the world in the morning (Snowdon’s peak experience), and have Saharan quantities of sand beneath your feet in the afternoon (at Harlech, Dinas Dinlle or Black Rock Sands).
